Jumplists oder Recent Items kann man komfortabel löschen. Auf Start gehen, dann das hier eintippen:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

Alle Files dort löschen. Fertig.

Oder als Script:

# clear_jumplist.bat
@echo off

del /q %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\*.*
